How long will it take for my coffee order to ship?
To ensure peak freshness, we roast to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days via standard ground shipping.
Can I return coffee beans if I am not satisfied?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.
Do you offer your signature 'Moon Milk' for shipping?
Currently, our signature Moon Milk is a proprietary blend available exclusively at our physical cafe locations and is not available for shipping due to its perishable nature.

We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate flavor notes of the wood-fired roast.
