At Summer Moon Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wood-fired experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on non-perishable merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and details regarding the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging; please note that roasted coffee beans and perishable food items are non-returnable.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our roasting facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
